100 gr faina
1 lg apa
1 varf de cutit praf de copt
1 lg coaja de lamaie

Mod de preparare:
Se face o cafea tare si se lasa la racit.
Mascarpone se bate bine cu zaharul si esenta de rom.
Frisca se bate 'batz' cu mierea de albine, apoi se adauga crema mascarpone si se mixeaza.

Mod de preparare:
Curatim si taiem ardei in 4,ii fierbem cateva minute in apa cu sare.
Ungem o tava cu unt punem un strat de ciuperci(eu am folosit conservate),adaugam cartofi scursi de apa,ii pudram cu piper,marar uscat si 2-3 lg ulei masline.

Cartofi se curata se taie feliute subtiri si se fierb in apa cu delikat
se separa oualele,galbenusurile,branza,smantana se amesteca
se adauga cartofi fierti si scursi,patrunjelul si albusurile batute spuma
